The Architect has completed the construction drawings and our Building General Contractor is submitting to the City of Portland for building permits.  To the left of this message please click on to find ways that you can help us build our church.  We need your help.  Pray for our success this spring as we rise from the ashes.  Support us in every way that you can. On February 5, 2007, the night was cold.  On October 17, 2009, the Morning Star is bright as we break ground for our new church and begin to participate in the life of our community.  We give ultimate thanks to God and we give thanks to the citizens of Portland who continue to support us.
